Boracay 2012: A Pre-Summer Adventure

Hello Boracay!!!My cousin and I decided to have a pre-summer trip to Boracay since this will be her first visit to the Island. We were both thrilled and excited to go there because this is also our first travel together.

We went there vial Philippine Airlines direct to Kalibo since Caticlan flights are so expensive. Our relatives lived there so we do not have any problems when it comes to accommodation and food are free of charge. :)

Meet our super cool lola. She doesn't want to be called "lola" so we call her Mommy Lydz. She is based at Canada and she owns the place we're staying at Boracay. It's an ancestral house that was turned to an inn-- now called The Little Prairie Inn. It is located at Station 1 of Boracay Island and it's fronting the beach. We had our dinner and a few cocktail drinks at Taco's Island just beside the inn. It is owned and managed by my cousin. :)
Welcome to Puka Beach!!! It is located at Brgy. Yapak Boracay Island. From Station 1, you can take a tricycle going there, approximately 15-20 minutes away from Station 1. It is called 'PUKA' beach because you can find lots of puka shells by the beach.

Christmas spent at Bohol

My kindergarten kumare Gervin Macey invited me to go with him and spend Christmas at Panglao Island, Bohol. I immediately said "YES!!!". Why? Because i haven't been to Bohol and I am also excited to see my long time friend that i haven't seen for more than a decade. Yes, we haven't seen each other for almost 18 years. We moved in to San Pedro Laguna and stayed here up until today while he moved to Japan.

Anyhow, our trip from Bohol is oh so lovely. The place is indeed wonderful to behold, you'll get that sense of pride within you that you're living in such a beautiful country. Mabuhay Philippines!!!

Well here are the snapshots of our Bohol trip. Enjoy!

Erzullie Holiday Fashion Show 2011

Last November 12, 2011 Empresario Manila held another fashion show for the holiday season for the independent designer of different genre and style. I am so honored to be a part of this holiday trunk show as I have been a model for one of the featured brands on that event.

I am a part of the fab 10 models of Erzullie that caters to plus size women with elegance and style. I was so nervous that night that at the very moment that i was about to hit the runway I wanted to back out. I guess it's because I am used of being at the backstage because I am a freelance make up artist.

Here are some of the photos from the said event.:

With my fellow plus size lovelies.

I took a picture of myself with my exhibit wardrobe. Oh have I told you guys that Erzullie actually used live models and we are all part of it. Lovely!

The freelance H/MUA Coy Echas hit the runway just for one night. A once in a lifetime event.

Lots of love,
